Tour Dates Announced for Pearl Jam

Here's a fun fact to make you feel old...Pearl Jam has been around AND popular since their start in Seattle in 1990. That's 23 years ago!  College kids these days were probably conceived during the grunge era.  You're welcome.

On Monday afternoon, the countdown clock that first appeared on July 1st, reached zero. When that clock hit zero, Pearl Jam released statement that they will embark on a North American tour beginning in October. This will be their first tour since 2010. 

Pearl Jam is also anticipated to announce their new album as well.  There is also scuttlebutt that a new single, "Mind Your Manners"  and an album will be released too. 

Pearl Jam has sold  31.5 million records in the United States and an estimated 60 million worldwide, to date.  They have endured longer and outpaced many of its equals from the alternative rock grunge revolution of the early 1990s, and is thought of as one of the most significant bands of the decade.
