"Queens of Aegyo" TWICE to Tour the US in 2023

Korean pop music, or K-pop, has taken the world by storm in recent years, with groups like BTS, Blackpink and Stray Kids achieving global success and garnering millions of fans worldwide. However, one group that has been quickly rocketing up the charts is Twice.  Twice recently announced a new world tour that will stop in Korea, Japan, Austrailia, Canada and the United States.  The US leg will feature shows in Los Angeles, Oakland, Tacoma, Arlington (TX), Houston, Chicago, Atlanta and East Rutherford. The tour will be in support of their new album "Ready to Be" that is scheduled to be released on March 10.

Twice is a nine-member girl group under the JYP Entertainment label, which was formed through the reality competition show "Sixteen". The group consists of members Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu, and is known for their catchy pop tracks, fun choreography, and adorable personalities.

The group made their debut in October 2015 with the single "Like OOH-AHH", which quickly became a hit, reaching the top of the charts and earning them the title of "Nation's Girl Group". Since then, Twice has released hit after hit, including "Cheer Up", "TT", "Knock Knock", "Likey", "Heart Shaker", and "Dance the Night Away". Their popularity only continued to grow with each release, and their music videos regularly break records for the most views on YouTube by a K-pop group.

One of the reasons Twice has been so successful is their ability to appeal to fans not only in Korea but also in Japan and other parts of Asia. The group has released several Japanese singles and albums, and has even held arena tours in Japan, selling out venues and performing in front of thousands of fans.

Another reason for their success is their relatable and bubbly personalities. The members of Twice are known for their playful and cute image, and fans can't get enough of their interactions with each other on variety shows and social media. They've even been dubbed the "Queens of Aegyo" (a Korean term used to describe cute and charming behavior).

Twice has achieved so much in their career so far, but they show no signs of slowing down. They continue to release hit after hit, and their popularity only continues to grow. They've even expanded into other areas, such as acting, hosting, and modeling.
