Oh no! No More Jonas Brothers?

Tweeners, girls, strange adults, I've got some sad news to tell you.  The Jonas Brothers have decided to disband.  The brothers just can't seem to agree on a direction they all want to go in, so they're calling it quits and canceling their upcoming tour. Nick, Joe and Kevin made this announcement two days before their 19-date  fall tour was supposed to have started.

According to a representative for the Jonas Brothers, Jesse Derris, "There was a deep rift within the band."  And that "There is a deep rift within the band."

Fans who had brought tickets for the show can expect to receive a refund for their purchase.

Their upcoming fifth album, V, release is now up in the air. Joe Jonas had just previously said that he hoped that they would self release soon.  To date, the Jonas Brothers have sold in excess of 20 million albums, but haven't released an album since 2009.

So, that's one boy band down.  Who's next?  One Direction?  The Wanted?  If the Jonas Brothers play their cards right, they can make a come back in like 15 - 20 years like the Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block.  Thank God the Hanson brothers are still together.
