Sara Bareilles New Fall Tour Announced

Sara Bareilles just announced that she will have a 10-city North American Tour, which will kick off in October. The tour begins October 6 in Boston, Massachusetts and wraps up October 19 in Athens, Ohio. Before her own tour gets started, she will be co-headlining with OneRepublic during September. It is expected that tickets to her show will sell out fast. Just for an example, her most recent tour, "Brave Enough" sold out nationally within three minutes.

Bareilles' tour will be in support her new album, "The Blessed Unrest". The album was released on July 16 via Epic Records and it topped the No. 2 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart. In conjunction with the new tour as well as the album, a CD/DVD combo of the Brave Enough Tour from early 2013 will be released on in late October.

Just recently, Sara Bareilles performed her hit new single, "Brave," at the Taylor Swift show in Los Angeles. Fans there went wild for the surprise performance.  Taylor swift gushed, while introducing Bareilles, "There's a song that came out a few months ago, and I listened to it every single time I had a bad self-esteem day — which is a lot. And this song is so beautifully written; it's so original. It's something I've listened to hundreds and hundreds of times, by an artist who I absolutely adore, a singer/songwriter who's so incredibly talented, it's ridiculous."
