Chris Cornell Acoustic Tour

Chris Cornell just announced that he will be taking to the road again for what is being called the "Second Songbook Tour."  During the past year, the lead singer from Soundgarden, toured with the band to support the previous year's album, "King Animal."  During his personal tour, he will perform acoustic solo arrangements from the album.

The original "Songbook Tour" of 2011 left quite a mark on the musical community, and this new tour will pick up where the last took off.  The tour will feature Cornell performing stripped-down versions of Soundgarden songs in addition to solo efforts.  There is reasonable certainty that the solo works will come from his 2011 solo LP songbook.

Of special interest, one dollar from every ticker sold will go towards the Chris and Vicky Cornell Foundation, which aids needy children.  Way to go, Chris.   Additionally, a portion from additional sales will be donated to the ChildHaven's Creative Music Therapy Program Expansion.

The tour will begin on October 15th in San Diego and conclude Atlantic City, NJ on November 30th.  See below for all dates.
