Wyclef Jean Announces 2 Different 2018 Tours

Haitian humanitarian Wyclef Jean just had a big announcement!  He will be going on two separate U.S. tours in support his his latest album, ‘Carnival III.’    The Carnival Tour will kick off for the first tour on Feb. 9 in Montclair, NJ and will wrap up March 24 in Los Angeles, CA.  He will also head to Boston, Denver, Salt Lake City and San Francisco.  The next tour, The Symphonic Hip Hop Tour later in the year will include stops in Omaha, Columbus, St. Louis, Dallas and Jacksonville.  These tours will be Wyclef Jean’s first in the states in over 10 years.  His last U.S. tour was in 2007 for Shakira‘s Oral Fixation Tour.

Wyclef Jean just released his latest album,  ‘Carnival III: The Fall and Rise of a Refugee’ on Sept. 15, 2017.  It is his eighth studio album and peaked at the #8 spot on Rap chart on Billboard and includes special guest appearances by D.L. Hughley, The Knocks, LunchMoney Lewis and Emeli Sandé.  Earlier this year (there’s another 1.5 days left in 2017!) Jean released his second EP ‘J’ouvert’ featuring Young Thug and Walk the Moon.  Jean has won a handful of awards over the years including 3 Grammy Awards, Best R&B Video for ‘Gone ‘Till November’ at the 1998 MTV Video Music Awards.
