Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett to Extend Tour

The unlikely super-duo of Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett have decided to extend their list of concerts into the summer of 2015.  The new extended tour has the legend and the singer-songwriter playing through June with three more shows in NYC at the Radio City Music Hall, two shows at the Ravinia Festival near Chicago, IL , and a show in each Wallingford, CT and Lenox, MA.  Prior to these shows, fans can see the pair for two New Year’s Eve shows in Las Vegas, as well as L.A. and Concord, CA.

This tour is in support of Gaga’s and Bennett’s #1 albu, “Cheek to Cheek.”  The album was released in September of this year and it debuted on the top spot on the Billboard 200 and sold over 131,000 copies its first week.  The duo has done an incredible job bridging the gap between their different genres of music and introducing a younger generation to more melodic sounds of Tony Bennett.  Gaga’s last tour in spring and summer of 2014, ARTPOP, was riddled with injuries but was very well received.
