Backsteet Boys Announce 2019 DNA World Tour

“BackSteet’s Back, alright!”  Arguably one of the biggest boy band’s of the 90’s, and they’re not ready to hang up their hats just yet.  Backstreet Boys just dropped the news that they will be heading out on an enormous 2019 world tour in support of their latest album, ‘DNA.’  The North American leg of the tour will kick off July 12 in Washington D.C., and will wrap up Sept. 15 in Newark, NJ.  They will hit major markets like Seattle, Los Angles, Chicago, Detroit, NYC, Philly, Atlanta, Dallas and Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver to our frozen North.  Before the tour gets underway, BSB will be finishing up their Las Vegas residency at the fabulous Zappos Theater at the Planet Hollywood.

The Backstreet Boys plan to release their latest album, ‘DNA’ on Jan. 25, 2019.  It will be their ninth studio album.  Their previous album, ‘In a World Like This’ was released in 2013 and climbed all the way to the #5 spot on the Billboard 200.  That was their first album with all five original members since 2005’s ‘Never Gone.’  They celebrated that album with their ‘In a World Like This Tour’ which went all the way into 2015 for a combined total of 176 shows across North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.  If you can believe it, that tour was a 20th anniversary celebration that included acts like DJ Pauly D, Jesse McCartney, Avril Lavigne and Victoria Duffield.
