Keith Urban Announces RipCHORD Summer Tour
Now that American Idol is wrapping up this season, Keith Urban has to keep busy with sooooomething. Right? Never fear, the country singer-songwriter has announced a HUGE 2016 tour to support his latest soon-to-be-released album, “RipCORD.” The tour will kick off on June 2 in Kansas City, MO amd will wrap up Nov. 19 in Brooklyn, NY. Some of the other stops along the way include Toronto, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Joining Urban on tour will be Brett Eldredge and Maren Morris.
Keith Urban’s newest album is also his ninth, “RipCORD” and includes his previously released singles, “Break on Me” and “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16.” His last album, “Fuse” was released in 2013 and quickly rose to the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 in the US, Canada and Australia. Keith got his start back in 1991 and has since won four Grammy Awards and a handful of CMT Music Awards, ARIA Music Awards and Academy of Country Music Awards.
