Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band Plan 2016 Tour
The boss is back! Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have just announced a new 2016 tour. This tour is dubbed The River Tour and kicks off Jan. 16 in Pittsburgh, PA and will wrap up March 17 in Los Angeles, CA. Some of the other stops along the way include Chicago, Washington D.C., Toronto, Atlanta and Philadelphia. Additionally, The Boss will also be performing back-to-back shows in New York City and L.A. This tour will support of the 35th anniversary of his 1980 album, “The River.”
Springsteen just released his newest box set, “The Ties That Bind: The River Collection” on Dec. 4 and includes 54 tracks on 4 cds and tons and tons of previously unreleased material. The band released their last album about a year ago in Jan of 2014, “High Hopes.” Not surprising, that album reached the top spot on the charts in 16 countries.
