Judas Priest Announces 2019 Tour with Uriah Heep

One of the original bands of metal, Judas Priest, just announced a huge tour in 2019!  The North American tour will kick off for the first of 33 shows on May 3 in Hollywood, CA and will wrap  up June 29 in Las Vegas, NV. They will also travel to Atlanta, Washington D.C., Dallas, San Francisco, Los Angeles and more.  They will also make stops in Saskatoon, Edmonton, Prince George and Abbotsford in Canada.  Special guests Uriah Heep will join them on tour.  Before this tour gets underway, Judas Priest will tour with Ozzy Osbourne on his ‘No More Tours 2’ in Europe.

Judas Priest will continue to support their latest album, ‘Firepower’ which was released in March of 2018 via Epic Records.  It is the band’s eighteenth studio album and peaked at at career-best #5 on the Billboard 200.  Their previous album, ‘Redeemer of Souls’ was released in 2014.  Though they still haven’t officially earned the honors, they were nominated for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018 along with Radiohead, The Zombies and the Moody Blues.  Also in 2018, they were busy with their ‘Firepower World Tour’ with Deep Purple and special guests Saxon and Black Star Riders.
