U2 Announce Massive 2015 World Tour

Hot concert news!  After being knocked from his bike, Bono is brushing himself off and getting back on the tour circuit.  His band, U2, has just announced a ginormous 2015 world tour.    The new tour is named the “iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE” and has them stopping at arenas in 19 cities for 44 dates.  The tour will be in support of the band’s newest LP, “Songs of Innocence,” in addition to the soon to be released sequel, “Songs of Experience.”  The tour will kick off May 4 in Vancouver, BC and will wrap up July 23 in New York City, NY before heading across the pond.  Other big cities to be visited include L.A., Chicago, Boston and more.

U2 can be seen this week at a live surprise World AIDS Day concert in Times Square in NYC with Bruce Springsteen and Chris Martin of Coldplay filling in for Bono.  In a couple weeks, U2 will be playing the Almost Acoustic Christmas in L.A. which has a pretty stellar line up beyond U2.
