Trey Anastasio Announces 9-Date 2018 Tour

One of the greatest Jam Band guitarists of all time just announced a new, solo acoustic North American tour.  Trey Anastasio dropped the news that he will be hitting the road in 2018 in support of his newest album, ‘Paper Wheels.’  The first of his 9 shows will kick off Feb. 8 in Morristown, NJ then on to Ithaca, Cambridge, Pittsburgh, Wilmington, Washington D.C., Durhan, Charlotte and Athens.  Trey has already been on tour to support this album in 2017 for his ‘Paper Wheels Tour’ and that wrapped up earlier this fall.

Trey Anastasio, never one to sit in peace for long, recorded this new album in less than a week by Bryce Goggin.  His previous album, ‘Traveler’ was released in 2012 and peaked at the #51 spot on the Billboard 200.  In 2015, he toured with The Grateful Dead’s final five ‘Fare Thee Well’ 50th anniversary shows in Santa Clara as lead guitar and vocals.  Trey Anastasio is also a key member of the jam band Phish.
