Jerry Seinfeld Announces NYC 2016 Residency
Hot Comedian news! The one and only, Jerry Seinfeld has announced his very own residency in New York at the Beacon Theater. His residency will have his performing once at month for the entirety of 2016. How fun! He said of the Beacon Theater:
“My favorite theater in New York to perform in has always been The Beacon. Comedians live for certain houses that just feel ‘alive’ for some reason. The Beacon is that place for me and I am so excited to make it my new home.”
Only the first six shows are scheduled, but more will be released soon. The dates are as follows for the“Jerry Seinfeld: The Homestand” tour: Jan. 7, Feb. 18, March 2, April 14, May 5 and June 8.
When Seinfeld isn’t busy with his stage shows, fans can also check him out on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee which airs on Crackle. The show has just been renewed for ninth season. It really is a hilarious show. One of my favs was the episode with Aziz Ansari who has his own hilarious show, Master of None. I laughed the whole time. Check it out below:
