Idina Menzel Announces World Tour in 2015
The voice behind the biggest song of the year, Idina Menzel, just announced a world tour that will kick off in North American in the summer of 2015. The voice of Disney’s Frozen Queen, Elsa, is a decorated actress, singer and songwriter. Menzel’s tour will initially kick off in Richmond, VA on July, 7 and will wrap up Oct. 3 in Los Angeles, CA. Other cities to be visited include Philadelphia, Chicago, Detroit, New Orleans, Seattle, Minneapolis, Detroit and more. International dates will be announced soon.
Idina Menzel just released her newest album, a holiday classics album named, “Holiday Wishes” last month on Oct. 14. Included on the album is her song that has just about jumped the shark, “Let It Go.” Fun fact, Menzel is the only competitive Tony Award-winning actress to ever hit the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. A couple of her very notable Broadway appearances include her parts in Rent (my favorite musical ever) , Wicked and If/Then.
