Supergroup Run the Jewels Announce 2017 Tour

There is a hip hop supergroup comprised of El-P and Killer Mike and they have just announced a HUGE new North American Tour.  Run the Jewels will be heading out on the road in 2017 in support of their newest album, “Run the Jewels 3.”  Their Run the World Tour will kick off on Jan. 11 in Philadelphia, PA and will wrap up Feb. 26 in NYC, NY.  They will also stop in Washington D.C., Nashville, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Chicago.  They will also head north to Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal in Canada.  Their last tour was in 2015 with their Jewel Runner Fall Tour and had over 50 shows throughout Europe and North America.

Run the Jewels plans to release their newest album, “Run the Jewels 3” sometime in the near feature.  The title should be the BIG hint, but it is the group’s third studio album and features guest appearances by The Gaslamp Killer, Spark Master Tape and CUZ.  Their 2014 album, “Run the Jewels 2” peaked at the #50 spot on the Billboard 200 and included guest appearances by Zach de la Rocha, Boots, Travis Barker, Gangsta Boo and Diane Coffee.
