Niall Horan Announces 2020 Nice to Meet Ya Tour

Go ahead and fight me on this one, but I think Niall Horan is one of the most solo artists to emerge from One Direction.  His song “Nice to Meet Ya” is tearing up the airwaves right now and now he’s announced a 2020 tour with the same name.  The “Nice to Meet Ya Tour” will kick off April 20 in Nashville, TN and will conclude May 20 in San Jose, CA.  He will also stop in major markets like Atlanta, Miami, Washington D.C., New York City, Philadelphia, Toronto, Chicago, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.  Special guests on tour will be Lewis Capaldi and Fletcher.  Horan last toured in 2018 for his Flicker Sessions our will Maren Morris. Prior to the tour, fans can check him out at a number of Jingle Ball shows this holiday season.

Niall Horan dropped his latest single, “Nice to Meet Ya” on Oct 3, 2019 via Capitol Records.  His debut solo album, “Flicker” was released in 2017 peaked at #1 on the Billboard 200 and was certified Platinum by the RIAA.  Obviously he really made a name for himself as a member of One Direction.  Their last album as a band was 2015’s “Made in the A.M.” was certified Gold or better in 15 different countries.  Back in 2010, he auditioned as a solo artist on X Factor in the UK, but Simon Cowell teamed him up with fellow future superstars Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne to form One Direction.
