Journey Announces Epic 2020 Tour with The Pretenders

Iconic 80’s rock bands Journey and The Pretenders are joining forces in 2020 for an enormous North American tour.   The first of 60 (!) shows will kick off May 15 in Ridgefield, WA and will conclude Sept. 12 in Bethel, NY.  They will also make stops in Inglewood, Phoenix, St. Louis, Grand Rapids, Nashville, Atlanta, Tampa and Dallas in the U.S. and Vancouver, Toronto and Quebec City in Canada.  Before the tour gets underway, Journey will be wrapping up their Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace.

In 2018, Journey went on tour with Def Leppard for another enormous co-headlining tour which took them to 58 cities across North America.  In 2017, they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame while also on yet another giant North American tour with the band Asia.  The previous year, they toured with The Doobie Brothers (Black Water is one of my all time most favorite songs) and former Journey drummer Steve Smith who departed from the band in the 1990’s.
