Walk the Moon Announces 2019 Tour to Support New Album

Arguably one of the biggest indie rock bands on the airwaves right now is Walk the Moon.  Good news for their fans, the group just announced a 2019 tour in support of their newest album, ‘What If Nothing.’  The first of 20 shows will kick off Jan. 23 in Louisville, KY and will wrap up Feb. 17 in Knoxville, TN.  They’ll also travel to Montreal, Baltimore, Charlotte, Orlando and Chattanooga.  Walk the Moon also toured earlier this summer with 30 Seconds to Mars on their ‘The Monolith Tour’ with special guests K. Flay, MisterWives, Joywave and Welshly Arms.  Before the new tour kicks off, fans can also check Walk the Moon at The Nights We Stole Christmas with Chvrches & Flora Cash.

Walk the Moon released their latest album, ‘What If Nothing’ about a year ago in Nov. of 2017 via RCA Records.  It is the band’s third studio album.  They supported that album with their ‘Press Restart Tour the same year. Their previous album, ‘Talking is Hard’ was released in 2014 and peaked at the #14 spot on the Billboard 200.  Walk the Moon are no strangers to lengthy tours, having previously toured with MisterWives during their ‘Work this Body Tour’ and The Griswolds for their ‘Talking is Hard Tour.’
