Punk rock legend, Billy Idol
, recently announced that he will be bringing his “Kings & Queens of the Underground” tour to the United States in early 2015. Idol will kick off his tour in Nov. 2014 in Europe, but will head across the pond in Jan. 2015 for the North American leg. This tour will kick off in New Orleans, LA on Jan. 21 and will wrap up Feb. 18 in Los Angeles, CA. Other cities to be visited include Atlanta, NYC, Washington D.C., Boston, Chicago and more. Idol will also head to our friends to the North in Canada. Canadian cities to be visited include Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. Joining Idol on tour will be Broncho, a hot, up-and-coming band.
This tour is in support of Billy Idol’s newest album, also titled “Kings & Queens of the Underground.” The album is set to be released on Oct. 21. His last album was released in 2006, a Christmas album named “Happy Holidays,” The album featured traditional Christmas songs and new songs. In addition to the album, Idol will also release an autobiography called “Dancing With Myself” which will be released on Oct. 7th to eager fans.
