Silversun Pickups Announce Late 2019 Tour

Hot Grammy award winning rock band Silversun Pickups dropped the news of U.S. tour late in 2019 to support their newest album, “Widow’s Weeds.” The first of 11 shows kicks off Dec. 2 in Cincinnati, OH and will wrap up Dec. 18 in Tempe, AZ. They will also travel to Columbus, Pittsburgh, Louisville, Baltimore, Richmond, Norfolk, Eugene, Sacramento and San Diego.  Before the tour really gets underway, fans can also check them out at Tampa’s 97X Next Big Thing Show with The 1975, AJR, Judah and the Lion and Revivalists and ALT 105.1’s Not So Silent Night in Louisville, KY.

The Silversun Pickups dropped their latest album, “Widow’s Weeds” on June 7, 2019 via New Machine Recordings.  It is their 5th studio album.  Their previous album, “Better Nature” was release din 2015 and climbed to #16 on the Billboard 200.  Oddly, it is the first album to feature a song in under four minutes.  In 2017, they teamed up with Third Eye Blind on their Summer Gods Tour and later on their own North American Tour with Minus the Bear.
