Bob Seger Announces Ride Out Tour

Hot concert news!  One of the legends of the rock world, Bob Seger and his band The Silver Bullet Band, just announced a huge North American tour.  The Detroit native is heading out on the road in support of his newest album, “Ride Out.”  It is long speculated that this album could be his last. album. ever.  The tour will kick off Nov. 9 in Saginaw MI and will wrap up in Tampa, FL in Feb. 2015.  Other stops along the way include Boston, Chicago, Albany, Atlanta, St. Louis and more!  More stops  n 2015 will be announced soon.
Seger’s latest album, “Ride It Out” will be released as a standard or deluxe version on October 14.  The album will include a mixture of originals and cover songs.  The band’s last album was released in 2006, titled “Face The Promise.”  Fans can expect to hear covers like Steve Earle’s “The Devil’s Right Hand” and John Hiatt’s “California Stars” and “Detroit Made.”

Seger’s career has spanned over five decades.  He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame  in 2004 and the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2012.
