Ed Sheeran Announces 2018 Stadium Tour!
Ohhhhh!!! Big pop/rock tour announcement news! The extremely popular and crazy busy Ed Sheeran just announced that he will continue to take his act on the road for another tour in support of his newest album, ‘÷’. This new 15-date 2018 Stadium tour will kick off Aug. 18 in Pasadena, CA and will wrap up Nov. 10 in Atlanta, GA hitting many of the major stadiums along the way. He will also travel to Seattle, Toronto, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Dallas, Tampa and more. This is a continuation of his 2017 ‘÷’. Tour which had him stopping for 48 shows across North America.
If you can believe, Ed Sheeran only has three albums under his belt. His newest studio album, ‘÷’, was released on March 3, 2017 via Asylum Records. His 2014 album,’X’ quickly debuted at the #1 spot in twelve countries and later had him traveling worldwide in support of it. His first album, ‘+’ has been certified 2x Platinum by the RIAA and 7X Platinum in the UK. He really got his name on the map when he was the opening act for Taylor Swift’s 2013 tour, ‘The Red Tour.’
