Vance Joy Sets Out on His Own Headlining Tour in 2016
Vance Joy has been crazy busy in 2015. This year, the Australian singer-songwriter has already been on tour with Taylor Swift and her 1989 World Tour and performed, in what seems like, every possible summer festival. Now, Vance Joy has has announced his very own headlining tour across North America in 2016 after he wraps up his tour with Tay-Tay (I’m embarrassed I just wrote that). His new tour is dubbed the “Fire and the Flood” tour and will kick off on Jan. 13 in Vancouver, BC and will wrap up April 1 in Boston, MA. This is a really lengthy tour and will include stops in Chicago, L.A., Las Vegas, Miami, Philadelphia, NYC and more. There will also be stops in Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City in Canada.
This tour will continue to support Vance Joy’s debut album, “Dream Your Life Away.” That album was released last year on Sept. 5 and peaked at the #17 spot on the Billboard 200 and #1 in Australia. He spent 2014 touring with James Young in support of that album.
