Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park Announces 2018 Post Traumatic Tour

It’s been a rough year for Mike Shinoda.  He lost his longtime bandmate Chester Bennington to suicide about a year ago, but he’s ready to plow ahead and keep living. Shinoda just announced that he will be headlining the next Monster Energy Outbreak tour in late 2018 to support his debut solo album, ‘Post Traumatic.’  The first of 22 shows will kick off Oct. 10 in Montreal, QB and will wrap up Nov. 17 in Silver Spring, MD.  He will also make stops in Toronto, Philadelphia, NYC, Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Detroit.  Before the North American leg kicks off, Shinoda will be touring in Asia in Europe.

Mike Shinoda released his debut solo album aptly named, ‘Post Traumatic’ on June 18, 2018 via Warner Bros. Records and Machine Shop (Linkin Park’s label).  To date, the album has peaked at the #16 spot on the Billboard 200 and includes special guest appearances by K.Flay, Machine Gun Kelly, Chino Moreno and Blackbear.  Linkin Park’s last album dropped in May of 2017.  ‘One More Light’ was the band’s seventh album.
