Foals Plans Busy 2016 Summer and Fall
The UK indie rock band, Foals, is making huge waves in the U.S. They have the hit song, “Mountain at Your Gates.” If you have not heard it yet, you must be living under a rock. They are keeping busy with festivals and headlining shows worldwide. Their summer tour kicks off July 27 in Columbus, OH and wraps up Nov. 3 in Washington, D.C. Some of the festivals they’re appearing at include Panorama, Lollapalooza, Osheaga and Austin City Limits. Fans can also check out Foals worldwide in Europe, South American and Asia.
This tour will continue to support Foals newest and fourth album, “What Went Down” released about a year ago. So far, the album has reached the #58 spot on the Billboard 200 (I expect that number to climb drastically by end of summer) and #3 in UK. The band got together in 2005 and have since won numerous awards like Best Live Act at the 2013 Q Awards.
