Christian Pop Rock Band Newsboys Announces 42 Date Tour

One of the hottest Christian pop rock bands out there, Newsboys, just announced a massive North American tour this fall.  The tour is dubbed the “Big Church Night Out Tour” and will kick off the first of 42 shows on Sept. 21 in Montgomery, AL and will wrap up Dec. 14 in Johnstown, PA.  The group will also stop in cities including Raleigh, Austin, Atlanta, New Orleans, Cleveland and Charlotte. Joining Newsboys on tour will be special guests Sidewalk Prophets, 7eventh Time Down, Derek Minor, Blanca, Adam Agee, Brock Gill, Jaimison Strain and Jeremy Willet.

This tour will continue to support Newsboys latest album, “Love Riot” released in March of 2016.  It is their eighteenth studio album and reached the #14 spot on the Billboard 200.  Their previous album, “Hallelujah for the Cross” was released in 2014.  Their most successful album to date was their album, “Born Again” which peaked at the #4 spot on the Billboard 200 and and their fourth #1 album on the Christian charts.  They’ve received four Grammy nominations throughout their career.
