Bad Religion and Alkaline Trio Announce Rescheduled 2021 Tour Dates

Two of the greatest punk bands of our generation are joining forces for a co-headlining tour.  Bad Religion and Alkaline Trio will be embarking on their rescheduled tour from 2020 on October 15 in Riverside, CA, and will wrap up November 26 in Los Angeles, CA.  It is a packed schedule that will bring them to 30 cities also including Austin, Dallas, Chicago, Buffalo, Philadelphia, Detroit and more. The special guest on tour will be War on Women.

“This tour is special,” said Bad Religion singer Greg Graffin in a press release. “Not only are we celebrating the return of live music, but we get to do it with Alkaline Trio, who are such a great band, really excited about this!”

Singer and guitarist for Alkaline Trio, Matt Skiba, who clearly hates free time and is also a current member of Blink-182, added, “Bad Religion was one of my first loves. I remember exactly where I was the first time I heard [their 1988 album] Suffer. They are one of the very reasons I started playing punk rock music and continue to today. This tour is going to be epic on many levels. We’ve done Warped Tour and Festival shows many times over the years but this will be the first time it’s just us and I couldn’t be more thrilled!”

Bad Religion are punk music icons who celebrated their 40th anniversary as a band last year.  They dropped their most recent album, Age of Unreason, in 2019. Alkaline Trio who hales from Chicago released their last full-length album, “Is This Thing Cursed?”, in 2018, and they issued a new three-song EP simply named “E.P.”, in 2020. AT was a staple at the Vans Warped Tour in the early 2000s.  They’re fantastic live!
