Lenny Kravitz Brings His Strut Tour to North America
I’ll be the first to admit that Lenny Kravitz is kind of an odd duck. He’s a very attractive odd duck, but still. No man can rock an excessively over-sized scarf or high heeled boots like he can. Now, Kravitz has announced that he will bring his flair on tour for his “Strut” tour. He will kick off his North American tour on Aug. 26 in Toronto, ON and wrap up Sept. 17 in Spring, TX. Fans can also check him out at the Afro-Punk, Jazz Aspen Snowmass and Music Meltdown (which features an amazing line up including Elton John, Drake, Sam Smith and more) festivals. Our European friends have already been graced with the Strut tour.
This tour is in support of his newest and 10th studio album, also named, “Strut.” It was released almost a year ago in Sept. It reached the #19 spot on the Billboard 200. His prior album, “Black and White America” was released in 2011.
This November, the final installment of the Hunger Games comes out, keep your fingers crossed he makes another appearance as Cinna (Yes, yes I know he met an unfortunate end in Catching Fire, but maybe there will be a flashback).
