Huge Tour Announcement: Lorde Releases 2018 North American Tour Dates!

Huge announcement!   The uber popular, extremely talented Grammy Award winning singer, Lorde, just dropped the news that she will be heading out on a massive world tour in support of her newest album, “Melodrama.” The world tour initially kicks off in Europe then New Zealand (her home country) and Australia, but then heads stateside in early 2018 for 30 shows.  The North American leg kicks off March 1 in Milwaukee, WI and wraps up April 15 in Nashville, TN.  She will also travel to Vancouver, Los Angeles, Dallas, Detroit, Toronto, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Washington D.C. and Miami.  Prior to the tour, fans can also check her out at a number of festivals including Lollapalooza, Osheaga Music and Arts Festival, Bumbershoot and the Life is Beautiful Festival. This is Lorde’s first tour since her debut tour in 2014.

Lorde released her second album, “Melodrama” today via Republic Records.  On that album are her smash hits, “Liability,” “Sober,” and “Perfect Places.”  Her debut album, “Pure Heroine” was released in 2013 and climbed to the #3 spot on the Billboard 200, but peaked at the #1 spot in 21 different countries.  During her short career, she’s already received 14 Grammy nomination, winning two, and amassing a legion of celebrity BFFs.
