Eric Clapton Announces Brief 8-show U.S. Tour in 2021

Easily one of the biggest living legends of our time, guitar master, Eric Clapton, announced a small 2021 U.S. Tour.  The first of eight shows kicks off Sept. 13 in Fort Worth, TX and continues on to Austin, Houston, New Orleans, Nashville, Atlanta, Tampa and wrapping up in Fort Lauderdale on Sept. 26.  The special guest on tour will be Jimmie Vaughan. Band members will include Doyle Bramhall II, Paul Carrack, Nathan East, Sonny Emory, Steve Gadd, Chris Stainton, Sharon White and Katie Kissoon.

Due to significant hearing loss and tinnitus, a horrible condition for a musician, Clapton has indicated he will be retiring from touring soon.  Therefore, do NOT miss your opportunity to see him live while you can!  In 2020, he collaborated with Van Morrison for their song “Stand and Deliver” which you can watch below.  The profits from the son went to Lockdown Financial Hardship Fund.  Clapton got his start way back in 1962 and has since won 18 Grammy Awards and is considered one of the most influential guitarists of all time.
