Sammy Hagar 2014 Tour

One of the most well known rock stars of the late 80’s – early 90’s, Sammy Hagar just announced this morning that he will be hitting the road this summer for a North American tour.  Joining him on tour will be special guests Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham and Vic Johnson.  The tour will kick off July 19 in Maryland Heights, MO and will wrap up Aug. 16 in Stateline, NV.  Other cities to be visited include Sterling Heights, Belleville, Lewiston, Hampton, Atlantic City, Mashantucket and Marysville.

Sammy Hagar has a very prestigious past.   The Red Rocker, fronted the epic rock band, Van Halen, from 1985 through 1996.  He has replaced the boisterous, David Lee Roth.  Both lead singers have their own following of loyal fans.  Hagar also occasionally plays with Chickenfoot.  He’s been playing off and on since 2008 with other band members, Chad Smith, Joe Satriani and Michael Anthony.  In total, Hagar has released twelve albums with different bands as well as a solo artist.  His latest album was released in 2013, “Sammy Hagar & Friends.”
