Drake and Future Announce Summer Sixteen Tour
Two of the biggest names in rap today have just announced a huge new summer tour! Drake and Future announced that they will be co-headlining a North American tour dubbed the “Summer Sixteen’ Tour.” The tour will kick off on July 20 in Austin, TC and will wrap up Sept. 17 in Vancouver, BC in Canada. Some of the other stops along the way include Chicago, NYC, Detroit, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Atlanta, Miami, Los Angles, Las Vegas and more. Roy Woods and DVSN will join Drake and Future on tour.
This tour will be in support of Drake’s soon to be released album, “Views from the 6.” In 2015, Drake collaborated with Future on their “What a Time to Be Alive” album which came out of the gates at the #1 spot on the Billboard 200. In 2014, Drake and Lil Wayne went on tour together for their giant “Drake vs. Lil Wayne” tour.
