The Hollywood Vampires Storm the Tour Scene

I think the Hollywood Vampires is one of the weirdest conglomerations in quite some time.   Regardless of what I think, they still have a pretty impressive following and those that want to check them out just for curiosity’s sake.  I get it.  The Hollywood Vampires are comprised of Alice Cooper, Joe Perry of Aerosmith, Duff McKagen of Guns N’ Roses and Johnny Depp.  The supergroup announced a summer tour in support of their 2016 self-titled debut album.  I bet they put on one Hell of a show.  The tour will kick off in Verona, NY on May 24 and will wrap up in Paso Robles, CA on July 25.  Other stops include Mashantucket, Atlantic City, Milwaukee for RockFest, Brooklyn, the suburbs of Chicago and more. After the U.S. stops, the group will head across the pond to Portugal’s Rock in Rio, then on to Sweden, Denmark and Romania.

The Hollywood Vampires debut album which is self-titled, was released about 6 months ago in Sept. of 2015.  It reached the #43 spot on the Billboard 200.  The band created their name in dedication to all the rock stars of the 70’s who would hand out at LA’s Rainbow Room bar like Cooper, Keith Moon and Ringo Starr.
