Kid Rock Announces 2018 The Red Blooded Rock N Roll Redneck Extravaganza Tour

Hot on the heels of the tour announcement by other conservative rocker, Ted Nugent, now Kid Rock has announced his own major headlining tour across the U.S.  This tour is in support of his newest album, ‘Sweet Southern Sugar’ and is dubbed the ‘The Red Blooded Rock N Roll Redneck Extravaganza’ and will kick off Aug. 3 in Bangor, ME and will wrap up Oct. 13 in West Palm Beach, FL.  In total there will be 18 amphitheater shows also stopping in San Bernandino, St. Louis, Chicago, Boston and Tampa.  Oddly, there are no Detroit shows.  Joining Kid Rock on tour will be special guests Brantley Gilbert and Wheeler Walker, Jr.

Kid Rock had been really busy recently having just concluded his ‘Greatest Show on Earth Tour.’  He released his latest album, ‘Sweet Southern Sugar’ in Nov. of 2017.  It is his eleventh studio album and peaked at the #8 spot on the Billboard 200.  In 2015, he toured with Foreigner across North America in support of his tenth album, ‘First Kiss.’  In 2013, he toured with Buckcherry and Hellbound Glory on their ‘Rebel Tour.’   That same year, he toured with ZZ Top, Uncle Kracker and Kool and The Gang for their ‘$20 Best Night Ever Tour.’
