Marc Anothony and Carlos Vives to Team Up for Fall Tour
Two of the biggest names in Latin music or teaming up together for a new fall tour. The former Mr. Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, and Colombian singer, Carlos Vives are joining forces for a tour dubbed the Unido2 Tour (a.k.a “United” Part 2). The tour will kick off Sept. 11 and 12 in Puerto Rico and will wrap up Oct. 25 in San Jose, CA. Soe of the other stops along the way include Toronto, Atlanta, Boston, Houston, Dallas, Miami and Los Angeles. This tour is a follow up of Anthony’s “Vivir Mi Vida” world tour. That tour included 15 sold out shows.
Marc Anthony has the unique distinction for being the top selling tropical salsa artist of all time, as per Guinness Book of World Records. Anthony is well known for his salsa and ballads music, but the singer-songwriter is also known for his Latin Pop and freestyle. He has thirteen studio albums under his belt. His last album, “3.0” was certified platinum. He has sold more than 30 million albums throughout the world. That’s a lot.
