Dead and Company To Reunite Again for Summer Tour
The remaining members of the Grateful Dead have announced they’ll be hitting the road again this summer. Huzzah! The group Dead & Company now consists of Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann and features John Mayer. The jam band founders will kick off their tour on June 10 in Charlotte, NC and will wrap up July 16 in Boston, MA. In total there will be seventeen shows in thirteen including Cincinnati, Flushing, Saratoga Springs, Boulder and Elkhorn.
Dead & Company reunited last year for two shows at Halloween at Madison Square Garden, NYC then continued on the road for the rest of the year touring and wrapping up with a giant NYE show in LA. Phil Lesh, one of the original Grateful Dead members, decided not to join his remaining band mates on tour.
