Jimmy Eat World Plans 50 Date Tour for Integrity Blues Tour

One of my most favorite alt-rock bands of all times just announced a huge new tour!  Woot woot!!  Jimmy Eat World announced that they will be heading out on the road in support of their newest album, “Integrity Blues.”  The tour will span over 50 dates in North America and will kick off on soon on Feb. 24 in Tuscon, AZ and will wrap up Aug. 16 in Mountain, CA.  Some of the other stops on the tour include Dallas, Las Vegas, Detroit and Boston.  Jimmy Eat World will also makes stops in Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Toronto in Canada.  Incubus and Beach Slang will be special guests throughout the tour.

Jimmy Eat World released their newest and ninth studio album, “Integrity Blues” last fall in October of 2016.  Some of the songs have seen heavy radio airplay including, “Get Right” and “Sure and Certain.”   Their last album, “Damage” was released in 2013 and reached the #14 spot on the Billboard 200.  Fun fact about that album, it was in fact produced by Alain Johannes who is a major collaborator for Queens of the Stone Age.  Their last tour was last summer for their “Futures 10 Year Anniversary Tour”, which was my most fav Jimmy album ever.
