Nickelback Announces Feed the Machine Tour

I’m about to drop a bomb on all of you.  Prepare yourselves.  I don’t think Nickelback is that bad.  In fact, I think a lot of their songs are pretty catchy.  There, it’s out there.  There are a bunch of closet Nickelback fans who are secretly excited to hear that they just announced a 44-date tour across North America.  This tour will be in support of their newest, soon-to-be released album and is dubbed the “Feed the Machine” tour.  The tour will kick off on June 23 in Noblesville, IN and will wrap up Vancouver, BC on on Oct. 1.  Some of the other stops along the way include Detroit, Dallas, Chicago, Tampa and Los Angeles in the states and Toronto, Montreal, Winnipeg, Saskataoon, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver in Canada.  Daughtry, Shaman’s Harvest and Cheap Trick will be specials guests on select dates.

Nickelback plans to release their newest and ninth studio album, “Feed the Machine” later this summer on June 9 via Republic Records.  Their last album, “No Fixed Address” was released in 2014 and peaked at the #4 spot on the Billboard 200.  It has been certified Platinum in Canada, Australia and Austria.  Their last tour was in 2015 for their “No Fixed Address Tour” with The Pretty Reckless.
