Jonathan Davis Announces Massive 2018 Solo Tour

Many people find this to be surprising about me, but I love Korn almost as much as I love the Foo Fighters.  And that’s a lot.  It’s been just announced that Korn frontman Jonathan Davis will be heading out on a massive solo world tour in support of his soon-to-be-released debut album. The North American leg of the tour will kick off April 6 in Portland, OR and will wrap up in May 18 in Boston, MA.  He will also travel to Seattle, Los Angeles, Dallas, Detroit, Chicago, NYC and Atlanta.  After the North American tour, David will had to Europe for another extensive set of dates.  Korn had a giant tour in 2017 with special guests Stone Sour, BABYMETAL, Yelawolf, Islander, Skillet and Ded.

Jonathan Davis debut solo album is yet to be titled and there’s no official release date planned, but there’s an expectation it will be released mid summer.  It includes the recently released single, ‘What It Is’ and is included on the American Satan movie soundtrack.  This is his first solo track since 2012’s ‘Silent Hill’ from the Silent Hill: Downpour soundtrack.  Korn has released 12 studio albums including the recent ‘The Serenity of Suffering’ which was released in Oct. of 2016 via Roadrunner Records.
