John Mayer Announces 2019 Solo Summer Tour

Singer-songwriter, guitarist, and record producer, John Mayer just announced a lengthy summer North American tour to support his latest album, ‘The Search for Everything’  The first of 27 shows will kick off July 19 in Albany, NY and will wrap up Sept. 14 in Inglewood, CA.  He’ll also travel to Philadelphia, Washington D.C., NYC, Toronto, Detroit, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas and more.  Before this tour kicks off, he will be touring again with Dead & Company with Bob Weir, Bill Kreutzmann, Mickey Hart, Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti.

John Mayer released his latest album, ‘The Search  for Everything’ almost 2 years ago in April of 2017 via Columbia Records.  It was his seventh studio album and climbed all the way to the #2 spot on the Billboard 200.    He supported hat album with his ‘The Search for Everything World Tour’ which brought him to Europe and North America.  Mayer got his start in 1998 (Who can forget ‘Your Body is a Wonderland’ with Jennifer Love Hewitt?) and has since won seven Grammy Awards from nineteen nomination and has sold more than 20 million albums across the globe. Also, he has been linked to a number of notable ladies which has earned him a reputation of being a playboy.
