Dave Matthews Band Announces 2019 Summer Tour Plans

Is it even really summer if there’s no Dave Matthews Band Tour?  Well, thankfully, we do not need to ponder that question for summer 2019.  DMB will be heading out on the road again this summer to support their latest album, ‘Come Tomorrow.’  The first of 42 shows will kick off April 30 in Pensacola, FL and will wrap up Sept. 13 in Phoenix, AZ.  They will also travel to New Orleans, Nashville, Cincinnati, Toronto, Wantagh, Charlotte, Tampa, Sacramento and tons more. Before the North American leg kicks off, DMB will be traveling extensively across Europe.  Fans can also check them out at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.

Dave Matthews Band released their latest album, ‘Come Tomorrow’ in June of 2018 via RCA Records.  It is their ninth studio album and quickly peaked at the #1 spot on the Billboard 200.  Their previous album, ‘Away From the World’ was released in 2012. Instead of touring with DMB last summer, Dave Matthews teamed up once again with frequent collaborator Tim Reynolds for a 16 date acoustic tour across North America. Fans are treated to elaborate video and light shows with acoustic and traditional electric sets with different onstage lineups at their shows.  It easily explains why they have a tremendous set of fans that travel to each show to see them over the course of the summer.
