Guster Announces New Tour
One of my personal favorite alt-rock bands, Guster, just a new winter tour to support their latest studio album, “Evermotion.” The new album is set to be released next week on Jan. 13. The Evermotion Tour will kick off immediately afterwards on Jan. 17 in Denver, CO. The tour will wrap up May 2 in Portland, ME. Some of the cities to be visited along the way include San Diego, St. Louis, New Orleans, Cincinnati, Seattle, Atlanta, Orlando and more. New dates were also recently added to the tour in L.A,, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia and a few others.
“Evermotion” is Guster’s first studio album in five years. Their last album, “Easy Wonderful” hit the #2 spot on the Alternative Albums chart and the #22 spot on the Billboard 200. Guster got their start back in 1992 in a suburb of Boston, MA. The band has earned an enormous following with their upbeat, poppy songs.
