Billy Joel Announces 2017 Stadium Tour Dates

Clearly Billy Joel is a modern day legend.  His piano skills are as iconic as his songs.  He’s already kept plenty busy 2016 into 2017 with his record-setting residency at Madison Square Garden in New York City, but now he’s added stadium shows to his 2017 line up.  For the fourth year in a row, Joel will play at Fenway Park in Boston and Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. Joel will also play for the first time ever at the Atlanta Braves’ Sun Trust Park   Other stops on the tour include Lincoln, NE, Orlando, FL, Uniondale, NY, New Orleans, LA,  and Cleveland, OH.

Billy Joel’s first hit song was back in 1973, “Piano Man,” and now , he has the distinction of being the sixth best-selling recording artist and the third best-selling solo artist in the United States.  Other accolades he’s achieved include having had Top 40 hits in the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, earning 33 Top 40 hits in the US, notably all written by his own self. He has won six Grammy and been nominated for 23 Grammy’s.  He has sold more than 150 million records worldwide
