Chicago and Doobie Brothers Team up for Summer Tour
Prepare yourselves. An epic co-headlining tour is about to hit this summer. Coming this summer are legendary classic rockers Chicago and The Doobie Brothers! It should be a really show to see live! The duo will hit the road for a 30 date-trek across North America which will kick off on June 7 in Concord, CA and will wrap up on July 30 in Virginia Beach, VA. They will also visit Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Washington D.C. and Toronto. Chicago last toured 2 years ago for their “Heart and Soul Tour.”
This tour is in support of Chicago’s latest album, “Chicago XXXVI Now” which was released a few years ago in July of 2014. It is the band’s twenty-third album and includes the singles “Crazy Happy,” “Somthin’ Comin” and “Naked in the Garden of Allah.” The band got their start back in 1967 and have sold more than 100 million records and have won numerous Grammys. The Doobie Brothers formed in 1970 have sold more than 40 million albums.
