Bob Weir and Phil Lesh Reunite for First Tour as Duo in Decades!

Two of the original founders of Grateful Dead, Bob Weir and Phil Lesh, just announced their first tour as a duo in the 50+ years of making music together.  This is a fairly short tour and will kick off March 2 in New York City, NY for two shows, head to Boston, MA for two shows and will wrap up March 10-11 in Chicago.  Beyond this amazing duo news, Bob Weir’s Dead & Company will continue touring into 2018 with Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, John Mayer, Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti.

In 2016, Bob Weir head out on tour to support his newest solo album, ‘Blue Mountain’ dubbed the Campfire Tour.  It was an exiting album because it was his first album in over 30 years with ALL fresh material.  He gained inspiration working at a ranch in Wyoming when he was fifteen. Included on the album are collaborations with singer-songwriter Josh Ritter.  Weir worked with Aaron Dessner, Bryce Dessner and Scott Devendorf.
