For the first time since 2006, Tool will be releasing new material and will be hitting the stage in 2016.  Primus and 3 Teeth will open for Tool and the tour will kick off on Jan. 9 in San Diego, CA and will wrap up on Jan. 26 in Charlotte, NC.  This is a fairly short tour, so fans can also check them out in San Antonio, Grand Prairie, Tulsa, Southaven, Nashville and Duluth.  Their last tour was in 2014 across the West Coast and Mexico.
