The Black Crowes announce 30th anniversary tour

Great news!  Rock band The Black Crowes announced that for the first time in over 6 years, they will be heading out on tour!  This is a massive 46-date North American tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their debut album, “Shake Your Money Maker.” Each show will include a full performance of the band’s 1990 debut, along with a set of greatest hits. The tour will kick off June 17 in Austin, TX and will conclude Sept. 19 in Los Angeles, CA.  They will also hit up other major markets like Dallas, Atlanta, Washington D.C., Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, Las Vegas and Phoenix.  Original members and brothers Chris Robinson and Rich Robinson will be joined by new members Isiah Mitchell, Tim LeFebvre, Joel Robinow and Ojha.

The Black Crowes debut album “Shake Your Money Maker” was released in February of 1990 via Def American Recordings.  It has since been certified 5x Platinum by the RIAA and includes the smash singles “Hard to Handle” and “She Talks to Angels.”  The group officially announced their breakup in 2015, Rich Robinson started his solo career and teamed up with Bad Company for their 2016 co-headlining tour with Joe Walsh. Chris, on the other hand, started his own project, As the Crow Flies and they both are active on their Chris Robinson Brotherhood.
