Widespread Panic Fall Tour Dates Announced

One of the most prolific jam-band bands, Widespread Panic, just announced their fall tour schedule.  This tour is to take place affter their summer concert series.  The summer tour will wrap up in early July and the fall tour will kick off with two shows in N. Charleston, S.C. on Oct. 3 and 4.  The tour will end on Nov. 2 in Broomfield, CO in a three show conclusion.  Widespread Panic will also play twice in Memphis, Austin and St. Louis and three times in Milwaukee.  WP will be in Broomfield for their epic Halloween show.  Seriously, don’t miss it if you can.

While Widespread Panic is well known for being a jam band, the members, John Bell, JoJo Herman, Todd Nance, Domingo S. Ortiz, Dave Schools and Jimmy Herring also draw from the blues rock, jazz fusion, funk and progressive rock sounds.  To date, Widespread Panic has eleven studio albums under their belts.  Their latest album, “Dirty Side Down”, was released in 2010.  In additiont to their studio albums, they have eight live albums, all of which have sold over 3 million records as of this writing.
