Pierce the Veil Unleashes with ‘We Will Detonate!’ Tour
Their following is quite fierce, and the fanfare have already begun for the post-hardcore group Pierce the Veil who announced a new spring 2017 North American tour. This tour will support their newest album, “Misadventures” and is dubbed the “We Will Detonate!” tour and will kick off on April 21-22 in Denver, CO and will wrap up May 25 in Dallas, TX. Other stops along the way include Tampa, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis and Houston. Special guests Sum 42 (American Pie, anyone??), Emarosa and Chapel will join them on tour. After the tour, Pierce the Veil will be performing at the 98 Rockfest, Welcome to Rockville, Carolina Rebellion, 89.7 The River’s Rockfest, Rock on the Range and Rocklahoma.
Pierce the Veil released their latest album, “Misadventures” about a year ago in May of 2016 via Fearless Records. It was the band’s fourth studio album and peaked at a career best #4 on the Billboard 200. On that album includes the hit singles “Circles” and “The Divine Zero.” The band was busy in 2016 with their “Misadventures Tour” with I the Mighty as well as the “The Made to Destroy Tour” with Neck Dee and I Preveil.
